Roles, Duties and Responsibilities of Yes Humanity team members
Om Krishna Shrestha – Founder/President
He is the one who come first with the concept of establishing YES HUMANITY and supporting in social activities and humanities. He is a leader who performs tasks aimed at developing the organization’s vision and implementing the policies and procedures that allow that vision to be accomplished. He focuses on Strategy Development, Performance Management and maintaining public relations
Arya Krishna Shrestha – Vice President
He is with Om Krishna Shrestha from the very first day of Yes Humanity and guiding and supporting in every activity. He is developing Organisation Policies and helping in management and progress. He is responsible for financial and operational successes also.
Roshan Bhattarai – Secretary General
He should acts as the official contact for the association, including taking delivery of documents served on the organisation and brings them to the attention of the all members as soon as possible. He is also responsible for keeping a registrar of board members and signatories, collecting all association documents from former board members and delivering them to new members and keeping custody of any documents required by the constitution.
Neha Banu – Public Officer
She understands her role that is to support the chair in ensuring the smooth functioning of organisation. She ensures that meeting are properly called and organised, that minutes are accurately recorded and kept in file. She needs to maintain the communication with all the members of organisation.
Krijan Shrestha – Program Co-ordinator
He manages the programs of Yes Humanity. As a Yes Humanity, he helps in raising funds, works with other similar organisations and form collaborative partnerships and spreads information about the organisation.
Udesh Shrestha – Nepal Ambassador
He is the backbone of Yes Humanity in Nepal. He is organising different programs for supporting yes Humanity in Nepal. Being a professional singer, we did musical charity concert in Sydney with him and other singers. He is planning to do Yes Humanity musical charity program in different places of Nepal to support our mission.
Bishal Shrestha – Nepal Co-ordinator
He manages all the programs of Yes Humanity on Nepal. Yes Humanity team praises his works and contribution. He drives volunteer management program and providing ongoing support to volunteers in Nepal and actively participates in social activities.
