Nepal Earthquake victims relief program

We are actively taking part in providing aids to the victims of the recent 7.8 Richter scale earthquake in Nepal. The earthquake, otherwise called the Gorkha earthquake, which has so far killed more than 8,000 individuals and affected more than twice the number, happened at 11:56 NST on 25 April. Its epicentre was the town of Barpak, Gorkha area, and its hypocentre was roughly 15 km away from the epicentre. It has been the biggest strike that has hit Nepal since the 1934 Nepal-Bihar earthquake, 8.2, which had killed 8,500 people. The earthquake also set off an avalanche on Mount Everest, killing more than 19 people, making it the deadliest day in history, where 250 have still been unaccounted for.

We have started to collect donations and any relief essentials to help these earthquake victims in Nepal and prepare team of doctors, nurses and volunteers to protect, rescue and cure affected people. Kalyan Kadel, our treasurer, and other team members, including doctors and nurses have been in Nepal since 07/05/2015 with the help Yes Humanity members in Nepal to make our efforts more effective. We recently made a small effort to distribute water and other stuffs on Kathmandu Pragya Pratisthan on 19/05/2015. We are and will be doing whatever we can to help earthquake victims until these people in Nepal will be back to normal lifestyle and build back a strong NEPAL.

Yes Humanity started to collect donations and any relief materials to help earthquake victims in Nepal and prepare team of doctors, nurses and volunteers to protect, rescue and cure affected people. Kalyan Kadel, our treasurer and others — team members including doctors and nurses went Nepal on the date 07/05/2015 and stated to work from the same day. We get support from — Yes Humanity members in Nepal to make our efforts more live and successful.

They made a plan and sketch and visited affected places – Kavre on 10th May, Kavresthali on 11th May, Makawanpur on 13th May, Nuwakot on 15th May and Rasuwa on 21st May. We made a small effort to distribute water and other stuffs on Kathmandu Pragya Pratisthan on 19/05/2015.

Our future mission is always Help to Helpless. It includes help kids with food and education, support under privilege children for healthcare and just a little FOOD and lots of COMPASSION is all that people need. We will do whatever we can to help earthquake victims until they will be back in normal lifestyles and build back a strong NEPAL.
